HOW ARE YOUR CANDLES SO CHEAP?

And why are luxury candles so expensive? Are these even any good?

Yes, absolutely! Luxury goods are often expensive for a few reasons: firstly, because they can be. Setting the price incredibly high creates a sense of exclusivity. They wouldn't really be luxury goods if everyone could have them. Often a very large portion of the budget is going to marketing and high overhead: expensive store locations, expensive photo shoots, and very expensive celebrity deals and endorsements.


We've ditched all of that to bring you luxury-quality without the luxury price-tag.


What goes into a luxury candle isn't much different than what goes into a mainstream candle, and they often use the exact same vessels, wax, and fragrance suppliers.

Note: luxury and artisan are not the same. Artisan candles often feature handmade packaging, handmade vessels, very small batch production, etc.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?

Orders are currently shipping within 2-4 business days.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Under normal circumstances, within 5 business days in Canada, and 5-10 business days to the US. However, shipping delays are out of our control once the package leaves our hands. Please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number and any questions for more information. :)

WHY DOESN’T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORK?

Tracking just takes a little while to update once your parcel starts moving (this does not include weekends).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you haven't yet received a tracking number and wish to cancel your order, please reach out below with your name and order number and any other relevant info.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of our products, burned candles cannot be returned.

If your product is damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement, or refund if replacement is not possible, with a photo of the damage within seven days of receiving your order.

ARE YOUR CANDLES VEGAN?

Yes, our candles are vegan and not tested on animals. :)

WHY IS MY CANDLE NOT BURNING RIGHT?

Here are our tips to get the most out of your candle:

1. The first time you burn your candle, make sure you burn until the entire surface is melted (or about 95%. A little hang up is okay).

2. Always trim your wick before each time you light the candle to about 1/4". Don't bother with trying to trim a hot wick.

3. Do your best to let the entire candle surface be melted every time you light your candle. Occasionally missing the mark is alright, but repeated instances will lead to tunnelling, no matter the candle.

DO CANDLES EXPIRE?

Candles don't expire the way food does, but we don't use any preservatives, and recommend using your candle within a year of its purchase date for the best fragrance and burn experience.

At the moment, no— due to our large selection, we're still working on a great way to offer samples.
